I placed an order on 10/10 and only received a confirmation email, with no tracking information provided until I reached out. The package was marked as delivered on 03/11, but I never received it. I was told it may have been sent to the wrong address, and now I have to wait another month to see if the next one arrives. This was supposed to be my first order to try more items, and it's very disappointing.
