I ordered two items 1.5 months ago and have yet to receive them. They were sent to an entirely different address and individual. I completed all necessary forms as instructed, but the Compliance team has stopped responding. The support team keeps sending me back to Compliance without any solution. No refund or replacement provided. Very frustrating experience.
