I ordered a mascara. I never received any confirmation at all and I did request a confirmation by emailing them. My parcel did however turn up in good time, but it was the wrong one. I have filled out the form to request an exchange and have sent the email but no response at all. I just want to exchange my product. I would have put a good review but this has now changed my opinion on the website. Go to a genuine website and pay the extra as it’s not worth the hassle using a company like this that has poor customer service. I wonder if I’ll ever get a response to my emails.
