Worst customer service ever. Aggresive behaviour. This was the first and last time I've ordered from here. 2.9 on trustpilot. Not suprised
I placed my order on December 22nd, and when I checked this morning to track it, the delivery service indicated it hasn't even been received yet. I'm not sure what the delay is. If nothing arrives, it feels like a scam. I plan to report this to the appropriate authorities and seek a full refund, ensuring that the company faces consequences for this fraudulent behavior. I've successfully made claims in the past, and the evidence is clear from the negative reviews online.
I'm puzzled by the low ratings for this company as my experience has been entirely positive. I ordered a perfume at a great price and received it today. Although it took seven days, the delivery updates were consistent, and the wait was worthwhile. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
