I ordered from this company and all went well until Evri delivered to a different address to mine.I contacted both companies and explained the situation to Makeup, that Evri had taken full responsibility for this mistake and would contact Makeup themselves to try to sort, but also for me to contact Makeup too, to try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.I have contacted them so many times,I have lost count!! I copied emails from Evri to me accepting responsibility, to them, and in the end Evri suggested I contact my bank to get my money back.Customer service at Makeup is appalling and I would never buy from them again, and recommend others avoid if you don’t want to lose money! It is not their fault that Evri made a mistake, but neither is it mine and I have had no help whatsoever from them.
