I ordered a Diptyque perfume Broach Refill and when the package arrived, the receipt stated that's what it was so obviously, I proceeded to open it. I've never ordered a refill for this before so didn't know what is was supposed to look like until I opened the box. Inside was a different product entirely. I wrote to them with pictures, of the receipt, and the product, and did everything they asked so they could assess the issue. They just keep telling me that now the product is open, they cannot take it back or give me a refund. There is no acknowledgement of the fact they supplied me with the wrong item which I could only know once I'd opened the product. They are thieving bast*rds, with no regard for customer service.
