I ordered foundation and stated the colour. They sent wrong colour l returned it without opening it the very same day. They have still not sent my refund after a month and when the email me back they just repeat that they are looking into it . I have had to take it further for them to be investigated for their bad conduct . Do not shop on their site they responded saying they had not got evidence of return but this is a total lie as l have got evidence that the package gs been returned.
