I made a purchase from what appeared to be a professional online business, but it turned out to be incredibly unprofessional with no regard for customers. I placed my order on December 8, 2025, for courier delivery, but it seems to be shipped via standard postal service. I’ve emailed them multiple times, and all I get is that my shipment is delayed! It’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received it! I requested a cancellation and refund, but they refuse, claiming it’s shipped. Their solution? Refuse delivery when it finally arrives, and then they’ll issue a refund! This feels like a major scam. Do not shop here!
