This company is dishonest. Do not buy from them. They sent a partial order and when i emailed customer service they offered a minimal $5 credit which was much less then what i purchased. They claimed they checked a video in shipping that the number of items was correctly sent. This is laughable and ridiculous to me.
I ordered from them several times, Davidoff Cool Water, and had no complaints; the delivery was fast, and the product was of good quality. But the last time I waited more than a month for delivery and received only three items instead of the eight I ordered. Customer service refused to resolve the problem. I will not order from them again, and I don't recommend them to you either.
I have not received my order. I purchased some bar soaps, and although it shows as shipped, the postal service is still waiting for the item. I placed this order on December 4th, and now it's December 25th with no items received. I paid $50.02, but nothing has arrived. This feels like a scam!
I ordered hair products from the platform on 11/30/25. It was marked as shipped on 12/5/25, but there has been no progress since then. After numerous discussions with the support team, they keep saying it's stuck in customs and will be released shortly. This company has failed to offer any resolution, refund, or even a clear update on the situation—just generic email replies. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I will make it known to prevent others from facing the same issue. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

While only a few items had different prices, I feel I overpaid overall. This can easily be overlooked when making a large order, so be cautious of this practice. I will be more careful next time.

Refuse delivery when it finally arrives, and then they’ll issue a refund! This feels like a major scam. Do not shop here!
