I ordered products from the website, but my parcel has been stuck at the warehouse for several days with the status “being sorted.” The delivery date passed over a week ago. I contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive the same response that they are “investigating.” Despite requesting a refund, my last email was ignored. While I understand delivery issues can occur, the lack of communication and refusal to process a refund for an undelivered order is very disappointing. I expected better support.
