I ordered hair products from the platform on 11/30/25. It was marked as shipped on 12/5/25, but there has been no progress since then. After numerous discussions with the support team, they keep saying it's stuck in customs and will be released shortly. This company has failed to offer any resolution, refund, or even a clear update on the situation—just generic email replies. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I will make it known to prevent others from facing the same issue. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
