I experienced poor communication and a lack of accountability. I made an offer on a property through the service; my offer was accepted, deposit taken, and references completed. However, due to my delay in providing a guarantor, my offer was rejected because the landlord changed her mind. After I requested some modifications before moving in, like the removal of a breakfast bar and a deep clean, I felt penalized for the lack of communication. I believe waiting a day for a response is unacceptable. Yes, I will get my deposit back, but I would never recommend or use this service again! I also asked to speak to a manager and was misled about who the owner was. Avoid this service; it's a waste of time and energy!
