I had questions regarding image quality before placing an order. They replied very quickly during our emails back and forth. The shipping was good and arrived in great shape. The box looks amazing. The puzzle will not be put together until after the birthday girl opens it. Hopefully all goes well, and all 1000 pieces are there.
