I needed a custom puzzle completed quickly before the recipient departed for 8 months, and the service was the only one that could create and deliver it within a week. It was also the most affordable option I found, even with the expedited process. The puzzle arrived two days ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. I honestly anticipated lower quality given the price and speed, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The packaging was very nice and professional. The recipient didn't even realize it was a custom puzzle; it looked so elegant. Often with puzzles, the pieces can have rough edges, but the pieces in this puzzle were flawless. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be using this service for my future custom puzzle needs.
The puzzle was fun and easy to create and the result is great quality and will be perfect to serve as the guest book at my daughter's wedding because the size of the puzzle pieces are not too small and not too large, just right for a name and a short wedding wish!
While the jigsaw puzzle pieces appeared to fit, when they did not, this is still the BEST quality jigsaw puzzle for custom photo puzzles that I have found. I had questions regarding image quality before placing an order. They replied very quickly during our emails back and forth. The shipping was good and arrived in great shape. The box looks amazing. The puzzle will not be put together until after the birthday girl opens it. Hopefully all goes well, and all 1000 pieces are there.
