I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. They do not stick to their agreements. Initially, they create a contract to attract customers, but after receiving payment, they change the terms and offer weak excuses. Here are the reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. I arranged a package for Umrah for five people 11 months ago and paid a £3500 deposit. 2. The initial agreement included a hotel in Medina with breakfast and a hotel in Makkah with half board. 3. After sending the full payment, both hotels were swapped for a different hotel with breakfast and another that only provided breakfast, contrary to our original agreement. 4. I had no choice but to accept the new accommodations since the full payment was already sent and time was tight. 5. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist refused to check us in until 7 AM, claiming no payment had been received. I tried to contact the representative multiple times without success. Eventually, the service's driver delivered cash to the hotel, and we were only given our rooms after 7 AM. 6. At the second hotel, we received two double bed rooms instead of one double and one triple room as promised. 7. The person who made the original agreement disappeared after the full payment, only for the representative to reappear later for renegotiation. 8. Due to this awful experience with the service, I cannot recommend their packages to anyone. I am also considering legal action for their failure to fulfill the initial agreement.
