This service delivered on their promises; the hotels in Makkah and Medina were outstanding, close to the Haram with nice breakfasts. The drivers in both cities were friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion is to improve communication and instructions for airport pickups. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.
