I want to caution others about a travel agency that deceived my brother, his wife, and my friends. We booked a travel package to a destination through this company, only to find upon arrival that everything was false. Our flights were supposedly booked, but all our accommodations and tours were canceled. We found ourselves in a tough spot, realizing we were scammed. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. They are utterly untrustworthy and caused us significant distress. Please be careful and do not book with them.
