I strongly encourage everyone to initiate a chargeback with your card provider, even if you used a debit card, as we successfully did and managed to recover all our funds. The banks advised us to opt for credit cards in the future, but we had transactions with two debit accounts and proceeded with the chargeback citing fraud. We supplied evidence like screenshots of reviews that aligned with our experience, and now I see many more similar stories. It’s evident they’ve rebranded themselves, but I will not let this slide. Report these individuals to the appropriate authorities to help shut them down. They are dishonest, and the positive reviews on various platforms are likely fabricated by their agents. I've flagged those reviews as they all share a similar pattern. Trust me, you can reclaim your money; even visit your bank for assistance with the chargeback process. Stay determined and get what you’re owed. They don’t deserve a single cent—dishonest fraudsters! After my experience with these terrible individuals, I found a trustworthy option in another service. The representative I dealt with was excellent and a breath of fresh air compared to these scammers. Always do thorough research before making any bookings.
I want to caution others about a travel agency that deceived my brother, his wife, and my friends. We booked a travel package to a destination through this company, only to find upon arrival that everything was false. Our flights were supposedly booked, but all our accommodations and tours were canceled. We found ourselves in a tough spot, realizing we were scammed. AVOID AVOID AVOID! A couple of individuals running this company from afar play hide and seek with customers. I booked a package three months in advance for a trip in November. Initially, I spoke with a representative who pressured me to pay quickly to 'secure the deal.' After payment, I received an incorrect and unprofessional invoice. Communication became nearly impossible. My calls went unanswered for weeks. Eventually, another person claimed the previous representative no longer worked there and assured me he would manage the booking. I trusted them, but that was a mistake. Upon arrival, we discovered our transportation booking had been canceled. We faced multiple cancellations without any prior notice. This experience caused immense stress and financial loss during what should have been a peaceful journey. I cannot recommend this company and advise anyone planning a trip to choose a reputable provider. I suspect all positive reviews are fake.
