AVOID AVOID AVOID! A couple of individuals running this company from afar play hide and seek with customers. I booked a package three months in advance for a trip in November. Initially, I spoke with a representative who pressured me to pay quickly to 'secure the deal.' After payment, I received an incorrect and unprofessional invoice. Communication became nearly impossible. My calls went unanswered for weeks. Eventually, another person claimed the previous representative no longer worked there and assured me he would manage the booking. I trusted them, but that was a mistake. Upon arrival, we discovered our transportation booking had been canceled. We faced multiple cancellations without any prior notice. This experience caused immense stress and financial loss during what should have been a peaceful journey. I cannot recommend this company and advise anyone planning a trip to choose a reputable provider. I suspect all positive reviews are fake.
