If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not book with this company unless you want to be scammed. I'm writing this review to warn others who may be vulnerable and consider booking with them in good faith. This company and its employees create a web of deception. Initially, they are overly eager, but once they receive your money, they become unresponsive. Our agent stopped communicating after we made our second payment. I called daily for updates, but they kept deflecting responsibility. After much persistence, I demanded a refund and had to escalate the situation to my bank to recover my funds. I strongly advise everyone to research companies thoroughly and check for proper protections. I have evidence of all communications. Ultimately, I’m relieved I got my money back and booked elsewhere.
