The banks advised us to opt for credit cards in the future, but we had transactions with two debit accounts and proceeded with the chargeback citing fraud. We supplied evidence like screenshots of reviews that aligned with our experience, and now I see many more similar stories. It’s evident they’ve rebranded themselves, but I will not let this slide. Report these individuals to the appropriate authorities to help shut them down. They are dishonest, and the positive reviews on various platforms are likely fabricated by their agents. I've flagged those reviews as they all share a similar pattern. Trust me, you can reclaim your money; even visit your bank for assistance with the chargeback process. Stay determined and get what you’re owed. They don’t deserve a single cent—dishonest fraudsters! After my experience with these terrible individuals, I found a trustworthy option in another service. The representative I dealt with was excellent and a breath of fresh air compared to these scammers. Always do thorough research before making any bookings.
