I contacted the company, and they instructed me to return the item via their online returns portal. My colleague brought the fan back to the office, and upon inspecting it, I was appalled by its condition. There were two bases, the grill lacked an emblem, the motor was scratched, the stand was bent, and no fittings were provided. The company has agreed to refund my purchase. My concern is that they work with unreliable online suppliers, wasting our time and money. Now, I have to wait 2 to 4 days for the return pickup, followed by another 5 to 7 days for my refund. As a loyal customer for years, it feels like they prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction, with no apology or acknowledgment of the issues. This has been a very disappointing experience from a major retailer.
