I sat on hold on my first video call for over 40 minutes just to get a text saying I had to pay to reschedule. Then the doctor told me it was a 289.63 for my treatment. I tried to pay and they charged me for $99 for a membership they said nothing about. I told them I dont want their service and they have tried to take money out of my account over 7 times. Even after talking with a live rep. Very poor communication. Very wrong that they continue to try to take money even after being told I dont want their services.
