The FedEx drive called from the gate with a delivery. I let him in and my package never made it to the condo. I walk out and see the driver exiting through the gate. Then I track my package and find it was undeliverable. I reach out via chat and sent this message... "I just had a delivery that was taken back because the driver couldn’t find my apartment. I did add my unit number. Somehow it was missing off the shipment. Can you update FedEx? It would also be helpful if there were a place in your system to add shipping notes. Like a gate code for example." 1.4 hours later I get the following responce...

Zero attept to read and understand my message or request. The customer service rep made an assumtion I assume and hit me with the copy and paste version. I understand my time is not important to most people, but it's extremely valuble to me. Don't waste it.
They don't tell you about their membership fees and the just charge the $99 fee to your credit or debit card MONTHLY,plus the consult fee $59, plus the trt fee $185...it just all starts adding up. If they would advertise the real cost or at least inform me of the fees ahead of time I wouldn't have done it. I was so hesitant and skeptical about ordering trt online and considered it for the past year. I had a feeling that I might get ripped off or scammed but you always tend to think...no that wouldn't happen to me....YES it will. Hidden Fees...Long Wait times...and Charges Straight to your Card...Don't do it! I'm not sure if all trt labs work this way or that Male Excel was just a bad choice.
Over the past several months, I’ve gained a new appreciation for how strongly our overall well‑being is tied to hormone balance. Since beginning testosterone treatment, I’ve experienced meaningful improvements across multiple areas of my health. It’s made me realize how often we underestimate the role hormones play in everyday functioning. Testosterone supports much more than most people realize!
For me, addressing this area of health has had a real, positive impact on my daily life: physically, mentally, and professionally. It’s a reminder that taking care of foundational health factors isn’t just personal wellness; it directly affects our performance, our leadership, and how we show up for others.
If sharing this helps even one person take their health more seriously, it’s worth it.
I’ve been undergoing testosterone therapy and I’m truly impressed with the outcomes. I feel more energetic, focused, and overall revitalized. My sleep quality has significantly improved, and my libido has seen a substantial boost. The change in my daily feelings is remarkable. So far, this treatment has surpassed my expectations and has positively influenced my overall well-being.
After researching several companies offering TRT I was intrigued by this company’s approach twofold - a) the micro-dosing subcutaneous delivery b) the reasoning for not taking Anastrazole and c) pricing.
After having my initial consult I walked away feeling good about their regimen and I was fairly good with the cost. I was told on average the monthly cost is $191 and should include the testosterone medication and accessories along with a prescription for Enclomiphene.
Unfortunately this is not the case. The $191 fee covers only the Testosterone, accessories, and delivery - the delivery charge alone is $29. That does not include any other meds and there’s a $99 monthly membership fee. The overall monthly cost is over $300 which is much, much higher than others. While, I don’t mind paying more for better service this amount is nearly double what I’m paying today.
Unfortunately I opted to cancel my subscription because of cost. Although I was looking forward to the micro-dosing delivery method it’s not worth the extra expense. And while there are benefits to it, which I agree, I feel like this company misrepresented their offering and pricing.
I’ve had an outstanding experience from the very beginning. My provider was attentive to my concerns, addressed all of my questions, and was incredibly helpful. I would certainly recommend the service, and I will also suggest it to my wife.
