I canceled this product 6 months ago, never used and of this product, so know way I want to spend another $245 for a product I'm never going to use. Then I get an alert from my credit card that these bozos charge my and is sending me an order, I'm like wth. So I go and try to cancel it an the bozos send me this email. "Thank you for contacting us. Your account has been canceled, and no further charges will occur. Unfortunately, because your product was specifically dispensed for you and your refill has already been fulfilled by our partner facility, we cannot cancel the current order or extend a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Based on our terms of service and at the checkout option, you agreed to a subscription when you placed your order." All lies, what I ordered wasn't something special that they made for me it was a product they advertised, and I have to fight to get my money back from these scammers. If you're thinking about buying from them, don't do it, you will regret it.
