Since trying Male Md out 2 years ago, I’ve been nothing but pleased. They immediately righted some wrongs, and the product I use on a regular basis is as good as it gets for ED treatment. Overall very pleased 😎
This product definitely stopped my progressing alopecia and has even reversed it some. Don’t wait until it’s too late. I would recommend using this product. On a side note I have not experienced any side effects.
Beware This site is a scam! They are set to take your money without email notification or even a doctor follow up on how the medication is working. I am seeing no results and wanted to cancel with refund on second unreceived medication. This was met with an email instead of the call I requested. The call would have at least answered my questions about the lack of results and a possible adjustment to see results. Instead I received a email stating that results are not the issue as I am on a quarterly subscription and read the fine print. This supports my case that this is a money grab not a medically lead service they claim to be. This could have been avoided with simple follow through and adjustment that medical doctors traditional do.
I ordered a three-month supply of a product, and my first shipment was perfect. The syringes were the right size and worked well. However, my second shipment was a disaster. They sent me syringes that were much larger than expected. I reached out to the support team to request a replacement with the original size, but they insisted that the larger ones were standard. Frustrated, I ended up purchasing the correct syringes myself. When my third order was still pending, I informed them that I didn’t want it unless they sent the originally provided syringes. Unfortunately, I was told it was too late for a refund, as the order had already processed, and they would only send the larger ones. I truly wish my experience had been more positive; it started well but has turned disappointing due to the lack of understanding from the company. I hope they improve in the future.
I canceled this product six months ago and never used it, so there's no way I want to spend another $245 on something I'll never use. Then, I received an alert from my credit card that I was charged, and they are sending me an order, which was shocking. I attempted to cancel it, and then received this email: "Thank you for contacting us. Your account has been canceled, and no further charges will occur. Unfortunately, because your product was specifically dispensed for you and your refill has already been fulfilled by our partner facility, we cannot cancel the current order or extend a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Based on our terms of service and at the checkout option, you agreed to a subscription when you placed your order." All misleading; what I ordered wasn't anything special made for me, just a product they advertised. Now I have to fight to get my money back from these scammers. If you're considering making a purchase from them, think twice—you will regret it.

I was about to order their product. I filled up purchase order, but I did not submit my order at that time somehow. It was about 6 weeks ago. Since that day, they have been sending me endless text messages to have my order. Almost every other day on each week. Extreamly consistent!! I felt something is odd. So I checked this company on Trustpilot. Shocking!!!! Many wrote they are a big scan. Product does not work. It Impossible to cancel order. Other irresponsible customer service. Worst part of report was that they make unauthorized withdrawing from customers bank account. I'm so glad I checked consumer report on Trustpilot first before placed my order. We have to report this scam to BBB and make a change to protect customers.
