Unfortunately for this company and myself, I never got to try the product Knockout. I say that because if there product works, I would have been a long time purchaser, so they miss out on my business and many of my friends. I didn't get to try the product because they couldn't follow/answer some basic questions and concerns I had. I tried repeatedly to contact the doctor (allegedly board certified) with no response. I contacted customer service and asked for someone in charge; again, no response. What they did do is charge my credit card without shipping the product, which is against the law in Rhode Island, and when I cancelled the order, it took them days to refund me. THEN the called me, but didn't leave a message. Your loss Knockout! With so many other options, you really shouldn't treat customers this poorly.
