I canceled this product six months ago and never used it, so there's no way I want to spend another $245 on something I'll never use. Then, I received an alert from my credit card that I was charged, and they are sending me an order, which was shocking. I attempted to cancel it, and then received this email: "Thank you for contacting us. Your account has been canceled, and no further charges will occur. Unfortunately, because your product was specifically dispensed for you and your refill has already been fulfilled by our partner facility, we cannot cancel the current order or extend a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Based on our terms of service and at the checkout option, you agreed to a subscription when you placed your order." All misleading; what I ordered wasn't anything special made for me, just a product they advertised. Now I have to fight to get my money back from these scammers. If you're considering making a purchase from them, think twice—you will regret it.
