I ordered a three-month supply of a product, and my first shipment was perfect. The syringes were the right size and worked well. However, my second shipment was a disaster. They sent me syringes that were much larger than expected. I reached out to the support team to request a replacement with the original size, but they insisted that the larger ones were standard. Frustrated, I ended up purchasing the correct syringes myself. When my third order was still pending, I informed them that I didn’t want it unless they sent the originally provided syringes. Unfortunately, I was told it was too late for a refund, as the order had already processed, and they would only send the larger ones. I truly wish my experience had been more positive; it started well but has turned disappointing due to the lack of understanding from the company. I hope they improve in the future.
