The customer service is absolutely terrible. I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase. They are ignoring my emails and there’s no tracking information available. This is unacceptable! I plan to contact consumer protection tomorrow because this situation is not fair. People work hard for their money and deserve better treatment.
