I’ve ordered before, and while the deliveries were slow, they eventually arrived, and I was satisfied. However, this time I received nothing. Their customer service is just as slow as their shipping, and although they eventually offered a refund, that process was also delayed, forcing me to go through my bank to reclaim my funds. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service as it seems to be facing financial issues, putting your money at risk.

Their customer service is as sluggish as their shipping, and although they eventually offered a refund, that was delayed as well, leading me to go through my bank for my money back. I would advise against using this service as it seems they may be in financial trouble, putting your money at risk.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase. They are ignoring my emails and there’s no tracking information available. This is unacceptable! I plan to contact consumer protection tomorrow because this situation is not fair. People work hard for their money and deserve better treatment.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It’s an absolute scam! They collect your money for items they don’t have in stock, fail to deliver even after delays, and do not respond to emails or calls. Their customer support is nonexistent, and refunds are never processed. DO NOT RISK IT!
My order placed in November has never arrived. My emails about updates or refunds have been ignored, and there has been no communication since I made my order. I had to open a dispute through my bank. I would NOT recommend this service. Avoid it completely and choose a reputable establishment instead. The savings you think you’ll achieve aren’t worth it!
I had a very poor experience and will not order from this service again. I ordered travel-sized products for a trip and did not receive anything for over 3 weeks. I tried to cancel after 2.5 weeks, but my request was ignored. I eventually received three items the following week, one of which was faulty. The order form stated that two items were to be refunded, but that hasn’t happened even after 10 days. I returned the faulty items and have lost confidence in the service and its products; I’m still waiting for my refund. BUYER BEWARE!
