A few years ago, everything was fine — I had a few complaints, and they were taken care of. During the ETH mining boom, I ordered a graphics card (VGA) that was hard to find. It was never delivered, and I had to wait 2–3 months to get my money back. One or two years ago, I saw a 4TB Samsung SSD listed for around €70–100 (I don't remember the exact price). It seemed like a great deal. I ordered two, then three more, maybe even more — I don’t recall the exact number, but I paid for each order. They listed the SSDs at too low a price — the correct price was over 270 EUR. They sent me an email saying it was a pricing error and that they would return my money. After several days, I received a refund, but not the full amount. However, I have a bank receipt showing how much I paid, and Mall’s records don’t reflect the same amount. I contacted them two or three times to explain that I had paid for the SSDs. They admitted it was their mistake — the price shown online wasn’t correct.I can understand that, but I still ended up paying more money than I got refunded. In the end, I feel like I was ripped off. Support is very bad. Buy on your on risk. I didn't buy anything from them in at least 2 years and I'm happy. Still trying to get my money back.
