I have been ordering from this company for quite a while so when a problem occurred regarding delivery I was expecting it to be sorted out respectfully. The 48 hour tracking which they quote on their emails does not mean that you will be able to track parcels or indeed get parcels delivered after 48 hours. After 72 hours of ordering I tried to track a parcel. There was no tracking and it hadn't been delivered. When I explained that there wouldn't now be anyone at the delivery address I was told it was too bad and nothing could be changed. Not a great service.
