We originally just walked in for a browse, but Sahar completely changed that. She took the time to understand what we needed, gave detailed and honest recommendations, and made what can be a daunting process feel simple and enjoyable.

What really stood out was the effort she went to with the price match and the time taken to demo everything. Probing questions and demo of walking packing and unpacking. After we left, we called the store and spoke with her manager Sarah a few weeks later, who honoured it without any fuss. That level of service made all the difference.
Sahar and her colleague (manager I think Sarah) is a real asset to the business and truly deserves recognition for the level of service she provides. We’ve walked away as happy, excited (and slightly more prepared!) expecting parents.
