Deb and Sarah were extremely helpful. We're very new to babies, so we needed a lot of time to go through all of the information properly, but they were extremely patient with us. It was overall a very relaxed experience. Haven't purchased yet the travel system and furniture, but most likely will from here as it was a great experience
Sarah from your Wednesbury, Birmingham store has just been the most helpful sales consultant I’ve ever come across. It’s my first baby and her knowledge and advice has been invaluable. We only went into store to “look” today but have come out with our brand new travel system.

We came to the Swindon store for the Buying for Baby experience and Kelly S took such great care of us. She patiently showed us and talked us through every item we were interested in, was super knowledgeable and helpful, and by the end of the appointment we came away with so many useful tips and, importantly, with reservations on all the big baby things we will need! We feel so much more prepared now for our baby’s arrival - thank you Kelly S and Mamas and Papas :)
Sarah at Gateshead was brilliant. We had ‘The Works’ appointment - we told her what we were looking for and she narrowed our options right down and gave us a couple of choice, which was super helpful. It was no longer overwhelming. She also told us about the vouchers and best way to pay. Thanks so much for such a great service!
Me and my husband popped in on a random Saturday to have a browse. Not realising we needed to make an appointment. Danyelle, managed to find the time to talk to us about a push chair/ car seat bundle that we were looking at and helped us answer all of our questions and more. Resulting in as purchasing just what we wanted. Was very grateful for all the advice.
Went into the Longbridge store looking for a pushchair bundle. Thankfully we were approached by the lovely Louisa who had brilliant knowledge on the various pushchairs and all other times that we were after. Needless to say she was an angel that helped us choose the right products for us!
Mamas & Papas visit at Farnborough was exceptional. We booked a 1.5hrs appointment to take us through all the baby equipment for prams etc and it was extremely helpful! Millie, was amazing in explaining everything, answer our questions and show us everything that would benefit our child. As first time parents, this was a great introduction to everything we need with appropriate advice and guidance. Thank you again to Millie and the team there. Excellent experience!
We had a Full Works appointment at the Swindon store. We were served by Laura and we were absolutely blown away by her knowledge of all the products. She was able to competently demonstrate each of the pushchairs we looked at and advise us of the pros and cons of each. She had such a comprehensive understanding of the products which meant she was able to understand our needs and make suggestions to help narrow down the vast amount of items there were to look at. She was so helpful as a mum herself to give her own personal experience but also not sway our decisions. She had a wonderful manner with customers and knew when to leave us to browse by ourselves but then was attentive if we had additional questions as we were looking around the store. Cannot recommend highly enough!
We went to the Trafford Centre pram shopping with our son and daughter-in-law and had the most amazing experience thanks to Lindsay. Her service was truly outstanding — she was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to really understand our needs, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, just honest advice and genuine care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will definitely be asking for Lindsay again. She is an absolute credit to the store and such a genuinely lovely lady.
