really great service full of nice friendly poeple. adam just helped me order a set of prescritions i would have been lost without him top bloke who knows his stuff which is really helpful for new medical users as well as poeple trying to target a certain propblem. i would never not recommed ma medical as the best and easiest clinic to use you wont be disapointed.

I've been with MAMEDICA over 2 years and at the beginning trying to get any medication sorted would take a week or so. However, with their new website design and accessibility to order your new medication, you can expect to get it in 2 days from the day you ordered. Thanks to Nicola Wiseman from patient support who I've rang up to ask when it would get delivered as soon as I've paid the invoice and it was next day. I am very satisfied as a patient from MAMEDICA and will continue using them. Customer service and delivery top notch.

The service is extremely disappointing; please don't be influenced by what others promote. This is one of the worst medical companies available. Customer support is poor, and response times are unacceptable. The quality of the products is subpar, often containing undesirable elements, and they refuse to address the issues. They seem indifferent to customer care. When I raised my concerns, I felt dismissed and was asked for a lengthy explanation, yet no action was taken. It's best to look elsewhere; there are far better clinics available.
I'm new to the service, but the staff have been fantastic. I'm currently waiting on my prescription due to an initial issue with the wrong one being issued, but it was resolved quickly, and I received a credit note. I can't fault the team, especially one member who has been incredibly helpful and patient.
I have been with the company for a year now, and I've encountered no issues whatsoever. The customer service is exceptional, and they go above and beyond for their clients. Overall, this service has been a lifesaver for me; I couldn't ask for more. 👍
I used to think highly of this service, but it has declined recently. I clearly explained that my phone isn't receiving inbound calls, and when I encountered the same issue again, I was met with a blunt response about a missed appointment and a demand for payment. There was no assistance or support offered. From the time I called to when I was answered, I was still within my appointment window. This service has become unacceptable. I will be seeking alternatives for support, as my previous experience was much better. It seems like they've shifted focus to aggressive sales for overpriced products with mediocre quality. Improvements are definitely needed.

All interactions with the staff have been very helpful, particularly the team responsible for onboarding, who are professional and sharp.
