I used to think highly of this service, but it has declined recently. I clearly explained that my phone isn't receiving inbound calls, and when I encountered the same issue again, I was met with a blunt response about a missed appointment and a demand for payment. There was no assistance or support offered. From the time I called to when I was answered, I was still within my appointment window. This service has become unacceptable. I will be seeking alternatives for support, as my previous experience was much better. It seems like they've shifted focus to aggressive sales for overpriced products with mediocre quality. Improvements are definitely needed.
