Extremely disappointed. Ordered Luna breast pump and paid an extra £20 for “DHL 1-3 days “express delivery” as I required it before leaving town. It is now day 5 and my product has only yesterday been dispatched from China I believe (I live in the UK) and the carrier is Yodel, not DHL. I have no idea if Yodel even offer express delivery! I have emailed Mamma Bump 3 times over three days with no response beyond a bot, sympathising with how frustrating my situation must be and advising me my concern will be passed to a manger to ensure I am “fully supported”. No response from said manager has ever arrived and I doubt I will ever receive the refund of the express delivery that I paid extra for when maternity pay is already tight. Will not be ordering from Mamma Bump again.
