Scammers. I purchased the Luna Bump three days ago, I received no confirmation email with shipment tracking link, but instead more emails marketing their products. After reaching out to them 5 times, the only thing I get are AI- generated emails from a "Mila" saying her manager "Emma" will take over the issue...and that's it. No one else is reaching out, or replying to my emails or messages in instagram, no confirmation of the purchase, no tracking link... and yet the payment is complete. This is a rather accurate definition of SCAM.
Extremely disappointed. Ordered Luna breast pump and paid an extra £20 for “DHL 1-3 days “express delivery” as I required it before leaving town. It is now day 5 and my product has only yesterday been dispatched from China I believe (I live in the UK) and the carrier is Yodel, not DHL. I have no idea if Yodel even offer express delivery! I have emailed Mamma Bump 3 times over three days with no response beyond a bot, sympathising with how frustrating my situation must be and advising me my concern will be passed to a manger to ensure I am “fully supported”. No response from said manager has ever arrived and I doubt I will ever receive the refund of the express delivery that I paid extra for when maternity pay is already tight. Will not be ordering from Mamma Bump again.
The customer Service from Mamma Bump has been fantastic. My mum ordered me the wrong size in soothing briefs and they were happy to exchange for me free of charge to make sure I had the right size right away. The quality of items; briefs, breast pump, milk collectors is excellent. Definitely recommend for new mums who may be a little unsure of what they need. :)
I am literally blown away by the excellent customer service I received recently. Really pleased with my experience with this brand. I have recently recommended MammaBump to some of my friends who are also pregnant.

I ordered the postpartum belly band after doing tons of research on belly bands during pregnancy. After receiving it, I was eager to wear it postpartum. Unfortunately, my belly was way bigger than pre-pregnancy (as expected), but the sizing guide said to go based on pre-pregnancy size. I contacted MammaBump right away about the sizing issue and they responded quickly. I love the quality of the band and can't wait to receive the correct size.
I would give this review 5 stars, but I feel that the sizing guide should be updated.
I recently ordered the MammaBump belly band and I’m really happy with the quality and feel of the product. The material is soft, comfortable, and clearly well made. Although the size I received turned out to be a little small for me, the team has been very supportive and responsive about arranging a replacement. Absolutely love this brand already. The quality of the postpartum undies is excellent, they're soft, supportive, and beautifully designed. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making something that’s both practical and lovely. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. They were so kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel very personal and caring. It’s rare to come across a company that’s this thoughtful with their customers. I’m really looking forward to using them and would happily recommend them to others.
Love my posptartum knickers! High waisted, super stretchy, comfy and sooo soft they’ve helped me feel supported after my c-section. I also got the gel pad with them. I use it cold. so soothing. Highly recommend them to all future c-section mamas.
This company is a scam. I ordered over 10 days ago and still hasn’t been dispatched. When I contact via email or Instagram I’m sent a generic chat bot AI message and that the manager ‘Emma’ will be in contact however that email from ‘Emma’ is the exact AI generated message I received on Instagram. The company is a joke do not order from here.
