They claim to throughly inspect their vehicles yet when you ask them what the inspected the report isn’t available. They claim to be transparent well how are they transparent if they withhold information about a car you want to purchase for £13,500. Linkedin website claims they have 51-200 employees but only show two. They claim to have 20 years experience yet companies house shows the Ltd company was setup just 11 months ago. They claim it’s hassle free buying yet you have to ask them for even the basic information like what warranty they offer how much, service record etc etc. They don’t include the fees on their advertisement. £199 prep fee. Based on this disappointing experience I decided to go elsewhere and glad I did. They claim to throughly inspect the vehicle but unable to provide a copy of this report which would help you make a decision to purchase order not. Also I noticed the if the car is throughly inspected to a high standard then my question is what have they got to hide?
