Great service from Simon. He was very thorough in showing us the car and explaining the controls etc. Simon walked us through all of the packages (warranty, paint protection etc.), and all of finance options that were available. Thank you - I am loving my new car and so are the family!
Found the company on Autotrader and it was very easy to deal with them, especially Steve, who was very helpful and also gave us the best advice on which finance to choose and how to deal with them with ease. However the after sale we discovered some issues wich steve did not mention and to sort them out took much time and they left us without our car making things very difficult. And they haven't sort out all of them also.
How I wish all used car dealerships were like Manamanx. Professional yet friendly, these people know their business! No macking about, no dodgy man trying to sell a dead car. No pressure at all.
Called in out of the blue, stated what cars I'd like to see and while waiting with a delicious hot drink the cars were brought into the show room to view thoroughly. After I chose a car, it went into preparation. Collected the following week due to work commitments, the whole process was smooth and stress free.
Dealing with after sales team was a dream too. Did not even break a sweat from stress because there was none!
