I've been a victim of a scam since September. Like many others, I signed up to post job offers and paid for a subscription. Shortly after, I was asked for documents to verify my identity. I provided everything they needed, but it was deemed insufficient. When I requested to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the month I had paid, I was told it was impossible according to their terms. I sent more documents two days later, but they never responded again. They continue to charge my card daily for a service I couldn't use, and they blocked my access to cancel it myself. I paid for a service I never accessed. Recently, I reached out again for a refund and to stop the charges. Their slow response indicated I needed to pay two months to unlock my account before they would review my documents from September. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid this dishonest service and will share my experience widely to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
