When I attempted to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the month I had already paid, they told me it was impossible, citing the terms and conditions. I submitted more documents two days later, but that’s when the situation escalated. They stopped responding to me entirely. Despite this, they continue to attempt to charge my card daily for a service I have never been able to access. They even restricted my access to the customer area, preventing me from canceling the subscription myself. I have paid for a service I never used from the start. Last week, I reached out again to ask for a refund for the unused month and to demand that they halt the attempts to charge my card. Their response was slow and seemed designed to frustrate me further, stating I needed to pay two months first to unlock my account, after which they would “review” the documents I submitted back in September. This entire situation is entirely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that others steer clear of this dishonest service, and I plan to share my experience widely to prevent others from falling into the same predicament.
