I ordered items on 18/11. The order confirmation stated that an email would confirm dispatch. After several days without any communication, I emailed to inquire. I was told I had received an email (why would I ask if I had?). Then I was informed that the item was delivered, which it wasn't. I received a form to sign for non-delivery, but it wasn't editable on my device. When I inquired about this, I received a condescending message suggesting it can be tricky to amend forms. I was instructed to print, sign, and send it back. I can modify forms that are actually editable. I was later told a replacement was on the way, but after several days, nothing arrived. I emailed to cancel the order and was told I could return the replacement, when it arrives, at my own cost for a refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, as I would incur costs with nothing to show for it. As of 2/12, I still haven't received either a replacement or a refund. Absolutely shockingly poor customer service!
