I decided to buy the shower gel gift set after noticing an advertisement on social media. I always look at reviews on trustworthy platforms before ordering from unfamiliar sites. All the feedback was positive, so I proceeded with my order and I'm delighted I did. The delivery was impressively quick, taking only 3 days. The scents are lovely, and I'm sure my partner will appreciate them. I will definitely be placing another order soon.

I'm really upset about the delivery. I ordered two gift sets that were left outside by the delivery service in heavy rain for over twelve hours because I wasn't home, in a 'safe' spot I didn't approve. The gifts are ruined due to water-damaged packaging. I reached out to the company as advised by the delivery service, but it's been 24 hours with no response. I can't comment on anything else yet, but I hope they get back to me soon, as I'm left with two expensive gifts that are unsightly for the holiday.
I ordered items on 18/11. The order confirmation stated that an email would confirm dispatch. After several days without any communication, I emailed to inquire. I was told I had received an email (why would I ask if I had?). Then I was informed that the item was delivered, which it wasn't. I received a form to sign for non-delivery, but it wasn't editable on my device. When I inquired about this, I received a condescending message suggesting it can be tricky to amend forms. I was instructed to print, sign, and send it back. I can modify forms that are actually editable. I was later told a replacement was on the way, but after several days, nothing arrived. I emailed to cancel the order and was told I could return the replacement, when it arrives, at my own cost for a refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, as I would incur costs with nothing to show for it. As of 2/12, I still haven't received either a replacement or a refund. Absolutely shockingly poor customer service!
Inadequate packaging for winter delivery – I've already emailed about the condition of my parcel upon arrival. The delivery service left it between my bins on a dreadful rainy day without notifying me of its arrival. The rain soaked through the cardboard box into the presentation box; I've sent a photo. It's a Christmas present for my grandchild, so I'm quite unhappy.
