We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife. Totally spoiled by having to wait over an hour to get our luggage. Our flight landed at 0.48 and it is 2.20 and still no bags . To make it worse there is nobody at all to talk to in the airport . We have tried to talk to someone who refused to talk … the only thing he said was “I am not talking to you I have had the sh.y all day “ Charming! It really is poor !
