The delivery process is not great as u use the post office and requires a signature so I am always home when you say you going to deliver.
Unfortunately they always say they could not deliver and take it to the nearest post office (even though I leave front door open just the security door closed) they don’t even ring the bell to be honest I think they don’t come at all. So I have to go to the post office. My man reason to buy online is not to go out as I have arthritis.
Anyway the product is great the delivery sucks
