Hi pizzas were great . Nice venue but disappointed to arrive and find the family friendly area booked out to a private function after specifically asking about it before confirming our booking and pretty sure you would have had that private group in your records before taking our small booking. We try to do the right thing and book places where the kids are catered for so they don’t disturb after guests so yes did feel a little let down.
Please make sure you read the terms and conditions of ordering. I placed an order with Manchester Collection and I failed to realise that it had an incomplete address. When I finally got notified from Australia post, the parcel was already being returned to sender. Manchester Collection processed my refund minus a $20 return to sender fee. They had my payment in their account earning interest for 21 days, took $20 out of the refund and I'm out of pocket $20 with no parcel to show for it. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again!!!
I haven't purchased from the Manchester Collection prior to this order, I was extremely impressed with the two quilt we purchased, the quality of both products is exceptional, the whole process of ordering was seamless, so definitely will be having a return visit, thankypu.
I have purchased a number of pieces from this company and I am truly impressed with the quality of each item. The description is spot on with each item and the price is phenomenal, and everything washes up beautifully!

Very disappointed. These sheets were expensive for me and ripped at the seam on only the second wash (about a 6-inch tear). I sent clear photos, but their policy requires you to post the faulty item back just to get a replacement — incredibly inconvenient. My only options were return them or repair them myself for a 30% discount. Poor quality and an even worse returns policy. Would not buy again. Company returns policy is so inconvenient.
The items arrived as directed. The quilt set is the right colour floral as depicted on the website. The cotton is silky smooth..Really wonderful to get the quality I expected. Thank you. Will shop again when updating my linens. On a fixed income at my age, I will do this as I have spare funds. Thank you.
I have no complaints about the company's performance regarding their swift response time and the accurate delivery of my order. The quality of the tea towels I received was outstanding. I also bought two reed diffusers at a great price, and they look very nice, but I'm let down by their scent. While the fragrance is pleasant, it doesn't fill the air unless you're very close to the bottle. I've shopped with this company several times and will continue to do so because of their professionalism. This is just a minor setback, though disappointing. Overall, you do a fantastic job!
I have sourced most of my linens from this place, and the quality is exceptional (I have sensitive skin, so I prefer 100 percent cotton). The budget-friendly options are quite reasonable, while the higher-end selections are also fairly priced and feel amazing. Just a heads up: if you wash weekly, you might need to replace sheets every two years due to fabric wear from the washing machine. The website could be more user-friendly over the phone, but overall, it's a positive experience.
