I had placed an order online for expedited delivery. I had a question and called and left messages. Finally after 3 days someone had answered and said the factory was closed so not only could I upgrade the order it wouldn’t be sent out on time either. I asked for a refund and she told me NO refunds. The order finally made it about 10 days later than original scheduled date. It was 2 little crate boxes filled with useless crap. I wasted almost 250.00 on nothing! I felt like I had been ripped off big time!
