I ordered the bacon crate on 5/3/21. Guaranteed to get here by 5/5/21. Did not receive it. Called to complain and they said it was delivered. I needed it by 5/6 to take with me so I asked for a refund. They said they only return shipping fee. I got home on 5/10 and there’s a package at my door. It was not even close to what I thought it was. The video said it’s hard to open and would create laughs and there’s a video because it’s so hard to open. It was opened in a matter of seconds. For the price of the product and high cost of shipping it’s definitely not worth it. Hopefully with all the trouble I’ve had and disappointment they will do something. It seems all the reviews I did read the response is we don’t sleep at night if the customer isn’t happy. Somehow. I think they are sleeping just fine!!
